“I first found out I would need braces when I was going to have upper and lower jaw surgery to correct my sleep apnea. During the course of treatment, I was diagnosed with reoccurring thyroid cancer that had spread to my trachea. After cancer surgery, radiation and hyperbaric oxygen treatment I was able to proceed with my jaw surgery and then a few months later I came to the end of my orthodontics. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have found Dr. Bruner and his team. They were amazingly supportive and caring and helped me thru a hard time. I joined up with Dr. Bruner back in the winter of 2008, and going into their temporary cramped quarters even then wasn’t a hassle because the staff was friendly enough to make up for it.
